We are looking for a CRM Manager to shape, deliver and own the CRM strategy and support our ambitious growth.


What you’ll be doing

You will play a pivotal role in shaping BiGDUG’s customer experience. You will be responsible for helping build a best in class direct customer communication strategy, that delivers against key commercial KPI’s. 

You will be THE expert within the team; tasked with designing a customer segmentation strategy and utilising highly effective email campaigns and other customer targeting channels to deliver against key RFM KPI’s.

It's not just about planning the strategy, you will drive it and deliver it and ensure all campaign performance is tracked, analysed and reported on a regular basis.


A bit about you

This wont be your first CRM role and you will have hands on experience designing and building a single customer view and segmentation strategy in order to deliver effective audience segmentation.

You can demonstrate a proven track record in designing and delivering commercially successful email campaigns. Experience of full email lifecycle, creative, segmentation, A/B testing, dynamic content, deliverability, personalisation and ESP's.

High attention to detail and the ability to work just as effectively alone or collaboratively, you understand behavioural data and are able to analyse performance at audience level.
