We are looking for a commercially astute Accountant to support the Finance Director in all business partnering activity. 


What you’ll be doing

As we continue to grow, commercial analysis and insight is more important than ever. That’s where you come in as our new Commercial Accountant. Responsible for producing analysis for commercial projects as well as commercial insight on business performance both at a departmental level and in total to report to Group.

Accurate forecasting is key in driving business decisions and you will be accountable for monthly forecasting as well as annual budgeting. You will also establish/add KPIs to what is already in place; always looking for ways to improve.

You will provide insight and analysis to the business and departmental leads on a regular basis; providing first class commercial business partnering and analysis.


What you’ll bring

Part qualified or finalist (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent), you are highly commercial and operate best in a fast paced, commercial business.

Organised and high attention to detail, you enjoy analysing data and adding insight. Presenting information and analysis in an engaging and commercial way comes naturally to you. You will have some experience in industry and preferably a fast paced business where things change all the time and you have to be flexible and adapt.

Sitting behind a desk and completing spreadsheets all day isn't your cup of tea (albeit you are a whizz on Excel) and you want to be customer facing and talking to the business on a regular basis.
