Trading since 2004, we have consistently grown as a company and are now looking for a Head of Service to lead and develop our Sales and Customer Service teams into a “best in class” function.


What you’ll be doing

Delighting our customers with amazing service is core to our business and you will take responsibility for ensuring that the Sales and Customer Services teams exceed expectations.

Leading, developing and engaging the Team Leaders, you will establish and build meaningful KPIs focused on Net Promoter Score, Call rates and Sales conversion.

Understanding our customers needs is essential and you will support in coaching the teams in delivering first class service 100% of the time; from processing a transaction to responding to email enquiries.

You will play a pivotal role as part of the Management team, contributing and participating to wider business initiatives and projects which will help grow our business.


What you’ll bring

You will have extensive experience of managing and leading teams in a Customer Service environment, preferably in a Retail environment.

Highly organised and an outstanding people manager, you are KPI driven and passionate about delivering amazing customer service to customers. You are familiar with CRMs and understand the importance of data and analytics in business today.

You take responsibility for your actions and expect others to do the same. Highly motivated, you are collaborative in your approach and build teams that work together and support each other…. especially during busy times!
