Your tasks

  • Make our customers happy - every day - by supporting them on the phone, via chat and email across a broad range of topics:
  • Providing pre-sales orientation
  • Preparing offers
  • After sales service such as arranging on-site installations, warranty and maintenance cases
  • Play an active role in developing the German shop and its product offering

Your profile

  • Experienced in a customer service, sales or similar role
  • Excellent German skills (spoken / written)
  • Strong communication and social skills
  • Independent and proactive work attitude, solution-oriented
  • Highly level of personal accountability
  • Hands-on, down-to-earth, getting-things-done mentality
