What you’ll be doing

Our Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of BiGDUG’s proposition to Business Services customers, contributing to the growth of our Key Account business through CRM, retention & reactivation activities.

You will be a proactive, sales focussed professional who is computer literate and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A bit about you

Working closely with our Field Sales Managers (FSM), you will take ownership of the sales delivery process, from order confirmation and payment terms through to delivery, installation & customer feedback. With a willingness to learn how our customers’ needs vary, you will demonstrate an ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently as part of a dynamic team focussed on delivering outstanding customer service. Using approved planning tools, you will help to ensure all sales projects and installations conclude efficiently to agreed timeframes and budgets, whilst ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded. Using approved CRM tools, you will help to grow sales from existing customers, whilst ensuring all new customer enquiries are dealt with appropriately and efficiently.

Our shifts are between 8.00am - 6pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), meaning you get to enjoy your evenings and weekends!
